Even if you installed MyEclipse using the installer, you can manually remove MyEclipse using the following steps (MyEclipse does not rely or create any registry entries in Windows that need to be removed):

    1. Shut down MyEclipse
    2. Erase your <MyEclipse Install Directory>
    3. Restart Eclipse using the -clean command line argument

You can verify that MyEclipse is gone by going to the Help > Software Updates > Manage Configuration screen, it should not be listed.
